Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns within 4 calendar days of the delivery date.

The product should be in original/same condition and should not be damaged.

You will have to self-ship the product back to us at the provided location through any courier service and you will be self-responsible for the package and the delivery fee charged at the time of returning the product.

Unigo India holds no responsibility to bear/pay/refund any return shipment fee charged.

Please ensure that the packaging is well intact so that the product should not get damaged during the shipment process.

Do not forget to write your address, contact number, Email ID and the order ID on the package in such a manner that it would be completely visible and safe till the time we receive it. It will make the process really fast and allow us to help and refund you efficiently.

Once we receive your returned shipment/package/product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned shipment/package/product at your provided Email Id as well as at the provided contact number.

In case of any defect or damage in the product, please share the images of the product with your complete order details at returns@unigoindia.in before shipping it back to us.

Once we have received the product, the refund will be initiated within 24-72 working hours subject to your returns passing the quality checks.

After the refund has been initiated the amount will be credited to your account within 8-9 working days and will be reflected to your account as per your bank’s/payment gateway’s server and policies.
